Our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to your use of Cherished will not exceed $20 or the fees paid to Cherished in the 12 months before the dispute.
Governing Law. Missouri law will govern all disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or any related services or content, regardless of conflict-of-laws provisions.
